Bill Livingstone

Bill Livingstone is a retired urban planner who has lived in the Santa Barbara/Goleta area for forty years. In his retirement he has been writing his memories and has published one book: "Remembering World War II, Recollections of a POW in Germany."

He currently lives in a retirement community in Goleta with his wife, Marge. Bill claims he stays healthy by walking his schnoodle, Charlie, three times a day, and in the last six years he has walked Charlie over 3,200 miles — rain or shine.
