Billye Butler

Billye was born and reared in Lohn, Texas, where she graduated from high school. Later she graduated from San Angelo (Texas) Business School. During World War II she worked as a secretary at Goodfellow Air Force Base in San Angelo, where she met her husband-to-be, Kermit Butler. The Butlers were married for 68 years and had four children.

Billye’s interests are writing letters and reading, especially poetry, and keeping alive friendships and family ties. Billye resides at Beatitudes Campus in Phoenix.
