Sylvia Barkin-Hahn
Sylvia Barkin-Hahn was born in Rochester, N.Y. She graduated from the Highland Hospital School of Nursing, then moved to New York City to work. She met her first husband there, and his work brought them to Phoenix, where thy raised their three children.
She studied at Arizona State University and earned a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts and a master’s degree in English education. She and her husband, Ernest reside, at the Beatitudes Campus in Phoenix.
