Timothy Hurley is a writer and retired physician. Coast hoping between New York City and the San Francisco Bay Area, he writes short fiction, humor, and a fusion of speculative fiction, fantasy, and horror.
His heroes — Mark Twain, Edgar Allan Poe, and Ernest Hemingway — are not returning his emails. Timothy lives in Brooklyn, NY with his wife. They celebrated their forty-fourth wedding anniversary the day of the Mayan Apocalypse and survived both. His work has appeared in The Satirist, Fiction and Verse, Scatterplot, Humor Press, The Story Shack, One Million Stories and the print anthologies Open Doors Fractured Fairy Tales and Another Left Shoe.
