Todd Silberman

Todd Silberman has spent more than two decades focused on education issues in North Carolina. He was a reporter for The News & Observer in Raleigh for 15 years, covering the state's largest school district and then statewide policy, issues and trends. More recently, Silberman worked nearly eight years as director of communications and research for NC New Schools, a non-profit organization focused on transforming high school and expanding opportunities for underserved students. He is now a freelance writer.
