Your timeline is unique. No one else has the exact same life experiences. Not your parents, your siblings, your friends, your loves, or your children.

You start at birth; this early time is shared by family, parents and siblings. You move on to school, teachers and friends. You play sports, join teams and clubs. Soon your line departs from home, and you're off on more new experiences, maybe college, the service, or the workplace. These are all marks on your timeline.

Enter the adult phases, friends come and go. The career, courtship, marriage, these new people share your years.

Children perhaps and their new timelines begin. Once again a new set of contacts, their friends and acquaintances come into both their lives and yours.

Maybe grandchildren, retirement are on your timeline now.

We at the Beatitudes fill out our timeline with new friends, activities, and experiences. When our timeline runs out, none of us can predict. However, it will be all ours, shared off and on by many others, but unique to us. Enjoy the journey.
