When I left to go running, it was raining mixed with snow—not heavy, just a light shower. After about half an hour, the rain stopped and the sun came out. The air temperature, though, was in the mid-30s. This week is a rest week, and I'm running reduced distance at a slower pace. So far, I have 4.5 miles this week compared to my "normal" of eight miles.
