Roger L. Albin and Kenneth Langa
Roger L. Albin, Professor of Neurology at the University of Michigan, is a physician-scientist who works on neurodegenerative disorders. He is affiliated with the Michigan Alzheimer Disease Research Center.
Kenneth Langa, Professor of Medicine and Health Policy at the University of Michigan, researches the epidemiology and costs of chronic disease in older adults, specifically Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. Currently, he is focusing on the relationship of cardiovascular risk factors to cognitive decline and dementia in middle-age and older adults. Langa has also worked with the University of Cambridge to perform cross-national comparisons of the epidemiology and outcomes of dementia in the United States and England. Additionally, he is affiliated with the Michigan Alzheimer Disease Research Center.
